At Curlspike, we are committed to getting your home and kitchen products to you as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. We offer free shipping on all qualifying orders and work with trusted international carriers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (MST — Mountain Standard Time) on a business day to begin processing that same day.

Time Zone Reference: All cut-off times are based on Mountain Standard Time (MST / UTC-7) or Mountain Daylight Time (MDT / UTC-6) during daylight saving, corresponding to Kalispell, Montana local time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.
Processing includes:
- Payment verification and fraud screening
- Order quality check and confirmation
- Product picking, packing, and quality inspection
- Handover to our shipping carrier
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and carrier details.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time. Your total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Timeframes
After your order has been fully processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Free Shipping Policy
Curlspike offers FREE shipping on all orders to our primary shipping destinations. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery service
- Free shipping is available for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU orders
- For certain remote or restricted locations, a shipping surcharge may apply — this will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment
- We reserve the right to modify our free shipping offer at any time with reasonable notice

6. Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of trusted international shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of every order, including:

- UPS — US domestic and international
- FedEx — US domestic and international express
- DHL Express — International priority shipping
- Royal Mail — UK last-mile delivery
- Canada Post — Canada last-mile delivery

The carrier used for your specific order will depend on your delivery location, package size, and weight. Carrier details will be included in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
7. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is FREE on all qualifying orders.
Shipping costs — if applicable for remote or restricted locations — will always be:
- Clearly calculated and displayed at checkout
- Shown before you confirm your order and submit payment
- Never added after your order has been placed

8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- The name of the shipping carrier
- A direct link to track your parcel in real time
Tracking Timeline:
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to be updated by the carrier's system
- For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the parcel is in transit between countries

- Search your inbox for emails from support@curlspike.com
- If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@curlspike.com with your order number and we will resend your tracking details
9. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your parcel may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes
- VAT (Value Added Tax) in the destination country
- Handling fees charged by local customs authorities
- Brokerage fees (for Canadian orders via certain carriers)
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or free shipping offer.
Important Customs Information:
- We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation
- We cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or deliberately undervalue orders on customs forms — this is illegal
- If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, we are unable to issue a refund for the product or original shipping costs
- Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control — they can add 1–10 additional business days to delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on import duties and taxes before placing an international order.
10. UK & EU VAT
- UK Orders: Since Brexit, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties depending on the order value
- EU Orders: VAT may be collected at checkout or by your local customs authority depending on the order value and destination country
- We comply with all applicable UK and EU VAT regulations
- For orders under the EU €150 threshold, VAT is typically collected at checkout
- For orders above the threshold, VAT and duties may be collected by customs on arrival
11. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel, incorrect address, or access issues), the carrier will typically:
- Leave a delivery notification card at the address
- Attempt re-delivery on the next business day (carrier-dependent)
- Hold the parcel at a local post office or depot for collection (typically 5–15 days)
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts with no response from the customer
- Refusal of delivery by the customer
- Non-collection from the carrier depot within the holding period
We will contact you by email to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If you do not respond within 14 calendar days, we reserve the right to process a partial refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
Curlspike is not liable for packages that are:
- Confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing
- Stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please take the following steps:
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark parcels as delivered slightly early
- Check all possible delivery locations — front door, back door, garage, mailbox, with a neighbor, or in a safe spot
- Check with all household members — confirm no one else received the parcel
- Contact your local post office or carrier depot — they may have additional delivery information
- File a missing parcel report with the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Contact us at support@curlspike.com — we will do our best to assist and liaise with the carrier on your behalf
For high-value orders, we recommend requiring a signature upon delivery — please contact us before placing your order if you need this arrangement.
13. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We are unable to redirect or intercept a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If you notice an address error:
- Contact us immediately at support@curlspike.com
- Include your order number and the correct address
- If the order has NOT yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address
- If the order HAS been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any address changes
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
14. Shipping Delays
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Peak shopping seasons — Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year
- Adverse weather conditions — storms, floods, blizzards
- Customs and border control processing — especially for international orders
- Carrier operational disruptions — strikes, system outages
- US federal or international public holidays
- Global supply chain disruptions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies

15. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may occasionally ship items in separate packages depending on stock location, size, or weight. In such cases:
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package
- There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments
- Delivery dates may vary slightly between packages
16. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for domestic US orders
- We ship to US Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — please allow additional delivery time
- Some carriers and oversized items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes — we will notify you if this applies to your order
