Yes — CurlSpike offers free shipping on every order to all primary destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU countries. No minimum order required. Shipping costs, if any surcharge applies for very remote locations, will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

All orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST on a business day begin processing the same day.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@curlspike.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
